About the Author
Paul Barrow is managing principal of Private Market Real Estate and Private Market Group at Your Castle Real Estate LLC, Denver based real estate investment companies and brokerage specializing in private equity investments and adaptive-use residential projects. Paul has purchased and remodeled more than 180 properties in central Denver and maintains an extensive portfolio of urban properties for rental income and redevelopment. He works exclusively by invitation and referral for highly qualified investment clients seeking profitable single-family, multi-family and small commercial fix and flip projects or cash flow rental property portfolios.
Prior to the formation of his current businesses, Paul was an investor and member of the management team at Portus Real Estate Private Equity Funds, developer of Boutique ApartmentsTM in Denver, CO. During Mr. Barrow’s tenure there the firm purchased and remodeled multi-family projects in Denver’s urban infill neighborhoods, many utilizing green building techniques. His previous experience also includes representing business owners and property owners to federal, state and local governments as a registered professional lobbyist for 12 years.
Paul lives in central Denver with his wife of 15 years and their two beautiful children.
