I would strongly avoid renting to growers legal or not. I am a landlord who has been arrested for the cultivation of marijuana and distribution based on the fact that my tenant was the one doing these activities

I have a rental property that I’m ready to sell, but it’s tough in this market. Is there a way to market it to growers as a good grow op facility…it’s a duplex and a large single family house on the same lot…perfect for a grow op…but I don’t want the risk.
