Private Market’s Investment Property Master Mind system is focused on creating groups of real estate professionals who learn and work together for the betterment of each member. The group guidelines and procedures are born in the tradition of Napolean Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” and Benjamin Franklin’s “Junto” concepts. Following are the types of group meetings and their functions:
- Novice Investor Training Group – Designed for new investors seeking assistance with their first few deals. Six members and an instructor work together creating an investment business plan and model for each participant. The team then works on actual real estate deals in a collaborative effort within their local market under the supervision of an experienced mentor.
- In-Kind Master Mind Groups – Hand picked group of experienced professionals within a local market whose skills and business models are complimentary. Members meet to share deal flow and non-competitive information, including cross platform industry resources, marketing ideas, business planning and networking (NOTE: the purpose of these meetings are NOT to be leads groups in the typical model, they are business model oriented, but lead and deal sharing does take place).
- Like-Kind Master Mind Groups – Comprised of experienced real estate professionals across several similar sized markets or niches. Members meet to share information about business planning, cross-market insider information, and creative or idea based information that may be competitive in nature and may not want to be shared within a market.
- Lead Expense Sharing Group – Same as In-kind Groups, but with the additional benefit of creating and executing scaled lead generation and advertising systems. A significant benefit of these groups is to cooperate to achieve a market moving advertising budget not possible from individual members, but available as a collaborative effort of skills and and cost sharing.
- Market Masters Group - Created for high volume wholesalers and highly capitalized investors. Market Master groups were created because of the all to common scenario where secondary or under capitalized investors aggregate and re-market the properties within a market to other investors who usually know each other! This creates unnecessary mark-ups to the market leaders and fund managers.
