		<description>Paul,

I have been recommending sewer line scopes for the past 6 years. It is amazing to me how many broken lines I have encountered over that time period. I am currently working with a buyer to have a repair done before closing at the end of the month. My buyer was surprised that the sewer line was severly broken when the house looked so well taken care of. I think it is the duty/responsibility of all buyers agents/realtors to recommend having this major inspection issue covered during a home inspection. Thanks for the great article.
